Obligations of Affiliated Academies
In order to preserve the integrity, reputation and standards of the Delariva brand throughout Europe, all affiliated academies agree to comply with the following obligations.
Respect for the Delariva Brand and Identity
Affiliated schools must preserve and respect the image, reputation and intellectual property associated with the Delariva name, logos, visual identity and institutional representation.
The use of the Delariva brand must always remain aligned with the official standards, values and ethical principles established by the organisation.
Any unauthorised, misleading or abusive use of the brand, logos or affiliated status may result in immediate suspension or termination of affiliation rights.
Prohibition of Counterfeit or Unauthorised Products
Affiliated academies are strictly prohibited from:
- manufacturing counterfeit products;
- commercialising unauthorised replicas;
- distributing imitation products;
- using unofficial branding elements;
- selling products that infringe Delariva intellectual property rights.
Any breach of this policy may result in:
- immediate termination of affiliation;
- suspension of commercial privileges;
- legal action where applicable.
Technical, Ethical and Professional Standards
Affiliated academies are expected to maintain high technical, ethical and professional standards consistent with the principles of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and the Delariva organisation.
This includes maintaining:
- respectful training environments;
- professional conduct;
- ethical teaching standards;
- student safety practices;
- fair representation of the affiliation system.
The Delariva organisation reserves the right to review or revoke affiliation status where conduct is deemed harmful to the integrity or reputation of the network.
