Protection of the Delariva Brand and Intellectual Property Rights

The name, identity and reputation associated with the Delariva brand constitute valuable intellectual and commercial assets protected under applicable national and international laws.

The Delariva brand, including all related visual, commercial and institutional elements, is protected through, among others:

  • trademark rights;
  • copyright law;
  • intellectual property legislation;

  • trade dress and brand identity protections;

Ownership of Rights

  • authorised institutional collaborations.

Any authorised use must strictly comply with the official brand standards, ethical guidelines and visual identity requirements established by the Delariva organisation.


Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorisation, the following are expressly prohibited:

The Delariva name, logo or associated identity may not be used for commercial, promotional or business purposes without express written permission.

Misrepresentation of Affiliation

No individual, academy or entity may falsely represent itself as:

  • certified;
  • authorised;
  • sponsored by Delariva

without formal written approval.


Monitoring and Enforcement

The Delariva organisation reserves the right to monitor, investigate and enforce its intellectual property rights and brand protections to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This may include:

  • cease and desist notices;
  • removal requests;
  • platform takedown procedures;
  • marketplace infringement complaints;
  • domain name disputes;
  • legal proceedings.

Civil and Criminal Liability

Any infringement of the Delariva brand rights may give rise to:
